Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt - April 5, 2022
Nestled on a promontory on the Southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt's seaside resort of Sharm el -Sheik is often called the city of peace for the number of International peace conferences held here.
With turquoise waters and long sand beaches, "Sharm" and this area of the Red Sea is known for its unrivaled scuba diving and snorkeling on vibrant coral, dramatic rock formations, brightly colored fish, and underwater cliffs.
We signed up for a Red Sea snorkel trip. The boat we were on was a beautiful 3 story luxury yacht. We snorkled in 2 different areas, enjoying the beautifully colored fish and amazingly shaped and colored coral formations.

We would have spent time afterward exploring Sharm el-Sheikh town, but it was well over 90 degress and full sun.
