Just a few pics of the Game of Thrones themed Medieval Dinner Party put on by the fabulous chef and all the staff, as we sailed away from Croatia, where many Game of Thrones scenes were filmed. Appetizers, wine, flatbreads, fish, steak, chicken, cherries jubilee and wonderful entertainment were enjoyed by all.
Also a birthday dinner party for new friend, Linda. To add to the festivities, our handsome/talented Viking singer Daniel, and our equally talented/handsome guitarist King, stopped in to sing/play, Its A Wonderful World, for Linda, her special song. What made it even more special was that these two men, one from Romania and one from the Philippines, had to learn the song before they could sing it for her.
Of course, it was followed by a rowdy song of Happy Birthday and delicious red velvet layer cake.
We also did a short and interesting tour of the Laundry Operations on the ship. Pretty amazing how they keep the 24 hr. a day operation so organized. Water for laundry operations is the highest use of water on the ship.
